Meet Sonia Davies

Sonia Davies is the Spiritual Strategist. Based on a deep belief that everyone is limitless, if only you believe it, she blends mind, body, spirit and practical strategy so that business owners can achieve beyond what they currently believe is possible.

After a lifetime in the corporate world as a Senior Leader, leaving after extreme burnout through trying to fit into other people's expectations, she re-trained as an exceptional Therapeutic Coach before going on to teach on the Diploma in Therapeutic Coaching.

As she became more confident in her own limitless potential, she brought in her spiritual gifts as an Akashic Records expert, psychic and gifted energy healer which unlocks her clients in ways they can't even describe.

She blends this with nervous system work, along with a gentle practicality that means everything is bespoke to the individual and keeps it real.

Is this a masterclass?

No! Far from it. This is an audit process where you are taken through a series of questions, designed to help you discover your own answers.

Sonia's role is to hold the safety of the room, and ask the relevant questions for you to answer privately.

What's the actual format of the session?

Once we're all safely in the room, the doors will be sealed and we'll begin. I'll do a quick introduction so you know who I am and what to expect, then we'll dive into the audit itself.

There are 10 questions in the audit. Each will be asked in turn and you'll be invited to note down your answers. You're welcome to share your answers in the chat if you wish, but there is no obligation to do that.

At the end we may have a group discussion if there is time, but this will depend on how quickly we move through the questions.

For full transparency you'll also be invited to join my Expansion Portal programme if you feel it is right for you. It may not be - it's absolutely not right for everyone and there is zero pressure on this.

Is this a group session?

Yes - this is a live group session held on zoom.

However you are not required to share any information with others in the room, unless you wish to do so. Confidentiality is a paramount requirement of this session.

Do I have to share my answers with everyone else in the room?

Absolutely not! Bring a pen & paper with you and write your own answers for yourself. The point of this is that everyone in the room is individual. The questions are the same, but your answers are unique to you. That's why this works.

Do I need to have my camera on?

No not at all. You are welcome to come as you are, in whatever way feels comfortable for you.

I can't join live, will there be a replay?

Not this time!
